Architectural Precast
Architectural Precast is a material manufactured by wet casting concrete in molds. Precast panels are produced in a controlled environment resulting in high performance architectural panels that include steel reinforcing. Precast panels resemble natural stone products and can be used anywhere natural stone is used. Due to our manufacturing process, the panels can be molded in ways natural stone cannot, increasing the aesthetic and design options in which the stone can be used.
Architectural Precast products can be created with a wide range of colors and finishes. This opens up options for creating quality experience whether that is for a home project or a commercial building such as retail, office space, a medical facility, or an educational building.
Architectural precast is a Portland cement based product made using a wet cast method. This product design can be cast in larger pieces eliminating or minimizing the joining of pieces. The finish is often etched to remove film and will have some surface distress. The distress is often a desirable look. The product is heavy and therefore can be a structural support. On the other hand because the product is heavy there may need to be other support if the product is used above the first level.
Mesa Precast is able to provide range of products such as columns, balustrades, fireplaces, architectural trip, pavements, wall coping, corbels, landscape elements using architectural precast.
